Love is Stronger than Judgement

My heart goes out to all who don't pray cause of what men say. We live in a day where an entire generation is turned away. But I still pray in the still of the night hoping my prayer is heard by the light. My soul says don't lose your faith. My heart says don't run from what you know to be true no matter how popular or unpopular it may seem. The goal is not popularity. The goal is change. Change in the ghetto I grew up in. Change from the habits I learned from my father. Change from this negative image we love to carry out. Change from my inside out. Change from down to hopeful. From poor to rich. From hateful to loving. Yes, I must have love, otherwise my song is nothing but a clanging cymbal. If I don't have love I have nothing. So don't preach judgment. Don't tell these young people they are doomed for Hell because of their ways without telling them that God loves them and they can be changed first. Or does God love me as I am?... You tell me. You cast the stone. But while you cast the stone, I will bow my knees in prayer and gladly take what I deserve knowing I'm not perfect. And there, bleeding, would sing a song of Love to you. Because I'm learning that love is stronger than judgement. (0nlygodcanjudgeme)
